In 2026 I’m fully engaged in consultancy work building native-AI web products for customers. These are applications where AI isn’t bolted on as a feature — it’s the core of how the product works. Architecture, development, and deployment, from first conversation to production.
At the same time, I’m involved in several startup initiatives within the native-AI and agentic-AI space. The consulting work and the startup work feed each other — real client problems sharpen the product ideas, and product development pushes the technical boundaries of what I bring to client projects.
