The basics, straight.
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit we use to meter AI cost without exposing raw token pricing. One generated expression image = 2 credits. One thousand text tokens ≈ 0.1 credit. A full avatar build is typically 100–150 credits.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your subscription starts and your card is charged. We email you 7 days before and 1 day before so the charge is never a surprise. Cancel anytime before day 30 and nothing is billed.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Starter: 1 month. Pro: 2 months. Business: 12 months. Boost Pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing page in two clicks. You keep access through the end of the paid period. No fees, no charm campaign to keep you.
What about taxes / VAT / MVA?
Handled automatically. Stripe Tax calculates Norwegian MVA 25 %, EU VAT, and US sales tax based on your billing address.
Can I get invoices as PDF?
Every payment mails an invoice with a PDF attachment. The same invoices live on your billing page for download any time.
Prefer an admin-granted comp? If you’re an educator, OSS maintainer, or partner, you can still manually and I’ll review it personally.
